The Role

You will join the firm’s leading contentious trusts and estates practice, acting on disputes involving high-value trusts, estates and inheritance issues. The work spans complex domestic and international matters, including contentious probate claims, breach of trust litigation and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3-6 PQE, qualified in England & Wales
  • Solid experience in contentious trusts and estates litigation
  • Strong academic background and technical understanding of UK trusts law
  • Capable of managing complex work with a collaborative approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
