Sharon Evans
Chief Legal Officer
WTS UK

Sharon is Chief Legal Officer at WTS UK, where she is responsible for building the company’s legal and compliance function. She is a strategic legal leader with extensive experience advising businesses operating in regulated and technology-driven environments and has held General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer roles across financial services, digital and consumer businesses.

Prior to joining WTS UK, Sharon was Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at TotallyMoney, where she built and led the legal, compliance and company secretarial functions, supported private equity investment and funding rounds and led the legal work on the sale of the business in 2024. Earlier in her career, she held senior legal and commercial roles at Expedia, Sony Music, Guardian News & Media and Pinsent Masons.
