Louise joined Taylor Root’s compliance division in 2018. She is an experienced compliance recruiter across financial services with deep expertise in both the London market and general insurance sectors, including Lloyd’s syndicates, MGAs, brokers and specialty insurers and re-insurers. She began her recruitment career in 2008 and has specialised exclusively in compliance recruitment since 2013.

With a strong network and understanding of regulatory demands, Louise recruits across the full spectrum of compliance roles, from analyst level to Chief Compliance Officer supporting both permanent hires and interim assignments. Her clients value her market insight, discretion and ability to match the right talent with the right culture.
