Lisa focuses on legal and compliance roles across banking and financial services, as well as corporate and commercial. Lisa has over twenty years of experience in the legal and compliance sector and began her career as in-house counsel for an insurance company before expanding into the compliance space as a Chief Compliance Officer.
In 2010, she moved to executive recruiting placing legal and compliance executives, from CCO/GC to compliance analysts in financial services firms throughout the US. During 2020, Lisa decided to enter public service for the State of New York, recruiting senior level staff. In late 2021, Lisa returned to executive recruitment in the private sector, recruiting legal and compliance professionals in financial services and corporate and commercial sectors.
Previously, Lisa received her BA from Rutgers University and her JD from New York Law School.
