Thomas Liaudet is a Partner and Global Head of GP Capital Advisory at Campbell Lutyens. A member of the firm’s Management Committee, he leads the GP Capital Advisory practice and has been instrumental in advising private markets firms on strategic transactions since joining the firm in 2007.

Over the course of his career, Thomas has advised on more than 200 private capital mandates, spanning GP M&A, minority GP stakes and secondary transactions. He has led and advised on numerous landmark and award-winning deals, working with a wide range of leading global private equity, infrastructure and asset management firms.

Prior to Campbell Lutyens, Thomas worked in M&A and secondary advisory at Interregnum and held private market investment roles at UBS Capital and Kennet Partners/Broadview. He holds a BS from the University of Paris Dauphine and a master’s degree from HEC Lausanne, and is also actively involved in the charity sector as a trustee of two veterans’ organisations.

Catherine Haumesser is an experienced investment professional with more than 20 years of experience across financial services and private equity. She is part of the founding team at ARMEN, a private equity firm focused on GP stakes, where she heads the London office and leads investment activities across Northern Europe.

Prior to ARMEN, Catherine co-founded Larchpoint, a family office focused on European investments. Before that, she spent time at SVG Capital, where she led numerous private equity investments on a global basis and was recognised in Financial News’ “40 Under 40 Rising Stars in Private Equity” list in 2013.

Catherine began her career in public equity research at Deka in Frankfurt and holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris. She brings extensive experience in GP stakes investing, portfolio management and private markets strategy.

Victoria is a corporate lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising on pan-European and international private equity and M&A transactions. She works with a broad range of clients, including institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams and founders.

She specialises in advising alternative asset management firms on a variety of liquidity solutions, including minority and majority GP stakes transactions, GP-led and LP-led secondaries, continuation vehicles and fund-to-fund transfers. Her experience spans complex strategic transactions designed to support growth, liquidity and long-term value creation.

In addition to her transactional practice, Victoria advises on corporate governance matters, restructurings and reorganisations for financial sponsors, including post-acquisition implementation, tax and regulatory-driven reorganisations, and succession planning. She previously spent time on secondment at 3i and was recognised as a Private Equity Rising Star by Law.com in 2023.
