General Counsel in technology roundtable
Technology moves fast and the role of the General Counsel moves with it.
As innovation accelerates, in-house legal leaders are being pulled further into conversations on strategy, risk, governance and transformation. Our annual breakfast roundtable at St Paul’s brings together General Counsel from across the technology sector to discuss the realities of leading legal in a rapidly evolving environment, with insights from Jeffrey Eneberi, Head of M&A and General Counsel at Redgate Software, and Kristin Mcfetridge, General Counsel at MVF.
Held under Chatham House rules, the interactive session will explore how GCs are navigating an evolving business landscape.
We’ll cover:
- Regulation & strategy: managing complexity and prioritising risk
- AI in practice: real use cases, impact, and key risks (privilege, IP, governance)
- Future legal teams: structure, skills, and AI-driven change
The discussion will be facilitated by prominent GC speakers and hosted by the Taylor Root in-house legal recruitment experts Georgia Morgan-Wynne and Albert Toms.
If you would like to attend, please register your interest below and we will be in touch to confirm your place.
