A leading regional law firm with a strong presence across the Thames Valley is seeking an experienced Residential Property lawyer (5+ PQE, including CILEX and Licensed Conveyancers) to join its established team in Reading. The role sits within a high‑performing residential property group handling a broad caseload of sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity and first registrations.

You’ll manage your own matters with autonomy while supervising and developing junior colleagues, contributing to the team’s collaborative culture and high standards of client care. Candidates will need strong technical ability, excellent drafting skills and the confidence to build and manage client relationships. Experience in business development-including developing referral networks, nurturing introducer relationships and contributing to the team’s wider growth initiatives-is essential.
