Litigation Solicitor – Housing Management (NQ-2 PQE)

Birmingham, Bristol or Leeds | Hybrid Working

A leading national commercial law firm is seeking a junior litigation solicitor to join its expanding Housing Management team. The firm is well‑established across housing, local government, health, construction, energy and education sectors, and continues to demonstrate strong year‑on‑year growth. This role sits within one of the country’s largest specialist housing management litigation practices, advising a broad range of social housing providers and related organisations.

The position offers hands‑on responsibility across a wide variety of contentious housing management matters, including possession actions, injunction proceedings, anti‑social behaviour litigation, Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act cases, tenancy breach disputes, social housing fraud work, access injunctions, succession issues and service charge challenges. Applicants should have previous experience acting for social landlords and be confident running their own caseload, drafting precise court documents, communicating effectively with clients and working collaboratively across all seniority levels.

The firm provides structured development, a supportive culture and hybrid working, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. This opportunity is ideal for an NQ-2 PQE solicitor who is highly organised, commercially minded and committed to litigation within the social housing sector, looking to progress their career within an ambitious and people‑focused practice.
