Senior Legal Counsel, Technology Investment

We are working closely with an Abu Dhabi based technology investor, who are seeking a new lawyer to add to their team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Whilst supporting a General Counsel, you’ll be acting as a main contact point for internal client relations when it comes to legal.
• The bulk of work will cover investment activities, commercial contracting, strategic partnerships and corporate transactions.

Who you’ll likely need to be, in order to succeed:

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

• Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the documents and the work).
• 6-10 years of experience in general corporate and commercial, ideally covering technology and or investments work.
• Trained and qualified with an international standard law firm, or been working in-house at a recognised corporate (ideally both).
• Abu Dhabi and ADGM experience is heavily valued.
