NQ Real estate Solicitor – Top Irish Firm

Our client, a leading Irish firm is looking to expand their Real Estate team by hiring an NQ Solicitor or Trainee due to qualify this year.

As a member of their Real Estate team, you will advise lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate investment and finance transactions. Support the large‑scale acquisition of properties compulsorily acquired by state agencies for the delivery of State Infrastructure projects, advise on landlord and tenant matters across all asset classes, with a particular focus on industrial and office lettings.
