An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Solicitor to join a top-ranked commercial practice at our client, a leading Top 30 City law firm on a 6-month FTC.
You will handle high quality work, and gain exposure to major public and utilities sector matters, and will work alongside a partner recognised for handling complex, high value procurement projects across the UK and internationally.
The Role
As an Associate within this specialist procurement team, you will:
- Support the delivery of significant procurement mandates across public sector, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
- Advise on a wide range of regulated procurement matters, including competitive processes, contract design, and compliance.
- Contribute to contentious procurement matters, with the ability to take responsibility for elements of live disputes where required.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑disciplinary teams on large‑scale commercial transactions and strategic projects.
- Engage with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, reflecting the team’s strong international footprint.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ PQE with solid procurement experience
- Available to start a new role on a maximum of 4 weeks’ notice
- Common law qualified Solicitor are welcome to apply
