Our client is currently seeking ab experienced Corporate Lawyer (circa 7-10 PQE) to join its award-winning corporate team based in Nottingham.

Role Overview:
As a Principal Associate, you will be an integral part of our corporate team, leading on M&A deals and managing a range of other corporate transactions and matters.
The Nottingham team has a particular specialism in Coporate Finance and so there will be lots of opportunities to become involved in M&A as well as divestments, private equity and venture capital transactions.
You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects alongside experienced and industry acclaimed partners and help to mentor, develop and support junior colleagues.

Who We’re Looking For:
A qualified solicitor with circa 7+ PQE experience in corporate law from an established firm.
Proven track record of running M&A deals and managing other transactions.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
