Employment Solicitor – Associate

Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (2-3 PQE) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a top-rated Employment practice, focusing primarily on non-contentious matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advise financial institutions on a wide range of Employment issues, from corporate employment practices and policies to risk and management oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide expert legal advice and guidance to financial institutions on Employment law matters, with a focus on non-contentious issues.
-Assist clients in developing and implementing corporate employment practices and policies in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
-Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic advice to clients on Employment-related risks and management oversight.
-Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting financial institutions and ensure clients are informed and prepared to navigate any legal developments.

Requirements:

-Qualified lawyer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Employment law.
-Strong academic background, preferably with experience gained at a top-rated Employment practice.
-Demonstrated expertise in advising financial institutions on a range of Employment matters.
