The Role
The position sits within a market-leading Private Wealth Disputes team handling high-value, often multi-jurisdictional contentious trust and estate matters. The successful associate will gain exposure to complex cases involving wealth structuring, fiduciary litigation, and asset protection strategies for sophisticated international clients.
What They’re Looking For
- A solicitor with 3-6 years‘ PQE in contentious trusts, estates, or related private wealth disputes
- Strong technical understanding of UK trust and succession law
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and beneficiaries
- Excellent legal drafting and client communication skills
- Collaborative and adaptable approach suited to a boutique environment
