Paralegal – Corporate & Compliance, UK Law firm
We are partnering with a leading international firm in Hong Kong seeking to hire into its Corporate & Compliance team, advising clients on Hong Kong and U.S. listings and offering exposure to complex, cross-border work.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assist Partners and Associates in advising clients on IPO listing matters, with a focus on compliance, due diligence, and transaction support
- Conduct legal and factual due diligence on proposed listing companies, including reviewing corporate documents, disclosures, and supporting materials
- Support the preparation, organisation, and tracking of verification notes, due diligence records, and other transaction documents
- Carry out legal and regulatory research on sanctions, trade controls, and related compliance issues, and assist in preparing internal summaries or client-facing materials
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal team members to coordinate information requests, document collection, and meeting follow-up
- Provide broader paralegal and administrative support, including matter management, file organisation, and ad hoc tasks
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years‘ paralegal experience, ideally within a corporate team at an international law firm
- Law degree is essential
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organised with strong communication skills
