Corporate Associate (3 PQE)
Location: Birmingham (Regional)
Our client, a UK and Ireland law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking a Corporate Associate (3 PQE) to join its Business Services – Corporate team.
The Role
You will advise clients on a range of corporate transactional matters, including M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions, as well as drafting key corporate documents such as SPAs, shareholders‘ agreements and articles of association. The role offers high‑quality work, client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to business development activity.
Key Requirements
- Around 3 years‘ PQE in corporate law
- Experience advising on corporate and transactional matters
- Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage matters efficiently and work to deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
