The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join the Real Estate Litigation team within the firm’s respected Real Estate Services department. You will handle a wide range of contentious property matters, with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant issues across commercial and residential property. The role offers significant autonomy, the chance to manage your own files, and active involvement in client development activities.

What They’re Looking For

• 2-4 years‘ PQE in Real Estate disputes work.
• Solid experience in real estate litigation, particularly landlord and tenant law
• Ability to take responsibility for own caseload and assist on complex matters
• Strong drafting and advisory skills, with commercial awareness
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Enthusiastic team player, committed to high standards of service
• Willingness to engage in business development and networking initiatives
