The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join a leading team specialising in high-value commercial property transactions. The work will include acquisitions, disposals, investment structures, financings, and asset management. You will advise a range of sophisticated clients including businesses, institutional investors, and developers on complex real estate matters.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-5 years‘ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate from a top-tier or recognised firm
- Strong experience in property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
- Good understanding of real estate investment structures and finance
- Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage key client relationships and work collaboratively within a team
