The Role
You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a range of complex international arbitration matters involving high-value disputes. The role includes advising multinational corporations and sovereign states, handling cases under major institutional rules, and managing elements of UK High Court litigation that intersect with arbitration proceedings. This is a client-facing role with involvement in business development and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with key clients.
What They’re Looking For
- England & Wales qualified lawyer with 3-7 years‘ post-qualified experience in dispute resolution
- Strong background in international arbitration, ideally with Africa-related work
- Experience of LCIA, ICC, or UNCITRAL rules
- High-level drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
- Demonstrable ability to manage client engagement and work effectively within a team
- Strong academics and meticulous attention to detail
