Taylor Root have recently partnered with a leading IP law firm in their search for a Senior Trademark Attorney to join the firms London office. This is a permanent opportunity.
The Firm
Internationally renowned, the firm have a leading team of European and UK patent, trade mark and design attorneys. The firm offer their services to a wide range of industries, with particular emphasis on electronics and software, mechanical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
The Team
The firms Trade Marks team have extensive experience registering and enforcing trade mark rights globally offering the entire spectrum of building trademark portfolios for clients in the consumer products, entertainment and media, technology, charity, and financial sectors.
The Role
As a Senior Trade Mark Attorney, you role with encompass managing multiple trade mark portfolios, trade mark prosecution and trade mark disputes. This includes brand creation, trade mark clearance searches, strategic trade mark filings, trade mark disputes and settlement agreements.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideally you will have at least 5 years PQE working for a similar leading Trade Marks Team. This experience will have been gained from another top PATMA or full service law firm in the city.
