What you’ll be doing:

• Advising on operations, financial transactions, and investor relations across the US, Europe, Middle-East and Asia.
• Handling the projects, construction and TMT documents behind large and complex transactions.
• Ensuring compliance, regulatory adherence and governance.

Who you’ll likely need to be in order to succeed:

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

• Native German at business level (non-negotiable). Italian is helpful.
• Common or Civil law qualified from Europe or the US, with a PQE guideline of at least 6+.
• Generalist skill set across commercial, corporate, projects and construction contracts.
• In-house experience in a multinational company environment.
• Self starting, commercially minded, project driver and business enabler.
