An exceptional opportunity has arisen at our client, a leading international City law firm for a Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer for 6-months on a fixed term contract basis starting ASAP.
Our client is a renowned player in the legal field, representing a diverse array of companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, and investors in complex corporate transactions. With a focus on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and securities offerings, they are at the forefront of the industry, consistently delivering exceptional results for their clients.
This is a key role, and you will mostly handle private M&A matters and will act for an impressive portfolio of asset management clients. You will work closely with the funds and fund finance teams.
The successful Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer is likely to have upwards of 6+ PQE with experience gained at a Top 50 or US/international City law firm.
