With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering strategic solutions, this leading mid-market restructuring team regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders. As part of continuous growth plans, the team are now seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Restructuring Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be at least 4 years PQE and be able to demonstrate the ability to provide bespoke and innovative advice to company directors and businesses operating with financial difficulties, providing bespoke and innovative solutions.
This is a non-contentious restructuring role which will cover:
Advising on all aspects relating to the UK corporate insolvency processes.
Advising on company voluntary arrangements and restructuring plans.
Advising on transactions out of an insolvency process whether acting for seller or purchaser.
Providing directors’ duties advice and general trading advice for companies in financial difficulties.
The candidate will also have a proven track record of being able to effectively develop business opportunities both internally and externally.
The role will involve taking a lead on mandates and overseeing work undertaken by junior fee earners.
