Great opportunity for Corporate Tax Lawyer to join a thriving national practice with excellent opportunities for progression. The role can be based in Birmingham/Nottingham/Bristol/Leeds/Manchester.

The successful candidate will have upwards of 2 years PQE and will be involved in a broad range of corporate and real estate tax advisory work and transactional support for a great range of clients.

The firm’ is recognised as a Leading Firm for Corporate Tax work in the Legal 500 guide.

The team works closely with their colleagues in the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates and Tax team. Supporting on a range of corporate transactions as well as VAT, SDLT planning and stamp and delivering tax structuring advice and stand-alone advisory work.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in tax work and have a strong background advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, as well as SDLT, VAT and employment taxes.
