Our client is currently seeking a junior Corporate Lawyer to join its award-winning corporate team based in Birmingham.

Role Overview:
As a Corporate Associate, you will be an integral part of our corporate team, engaging in a wide array of corporate transactions and matters. From mergers and acquisitions, management transactions, venture and capital growth, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects alongside experienced and industry acclaimed professionals.

Who We’re Looking For:
A qualified solicitor with circa 1+ PQE experience in corporate law from an established firm.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
