Commercial IT/IP Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to join a well regarded national firm in Birmingham.

They are currently recruiting for an 8+ PQE commercial solicitor who will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work including advice on commercial contracts, high- value supply and purchasing arrangements, outsourcing agreements, IT agreements, intellectual property licensing arrangements and data protection advice.

The ideal candidate will have good technical skills in commercial, IP and IT. You will be enthusiastic and pragmatic in your approach to delivering legal advice to clients.
