A fast‑growing U.S.-based technology organization in the next‑generation energy sector is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support its rapidly expanding commercial, operational, and project development activities.

The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements – including PPAs, EPCs, O&M agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs, and service agreements – while partnering closely with business, finance, project, and supply chain teams to align contracts with organizational strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities include providing legal guidance across development and operations, managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with outside counsel, and tracking changes in energy‑related laws and regulations.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of commercial contracting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors, as well as exposure to cross‑border contracting, is preferred. A JD and active U.S. state bar membership are required.
