Natalie, you have been with Taylor Root for a year now, how did you hear about Taylor Root and what made you want to join us?

I was approached by a recruiter for the position, but quickly learned that one of my friends had just joined The SR Group! My friend had nothing but wonderful things to say about the company. Then I met the some of the leaders and other future colleagues and the deal was sealed.

How would you describe the Taylor Root team and the wider office culture in New York?

The Taylor Root team in New York is very close, but the entire office is super friendly. We know when to put our heads down and get the work done but we also do not forget to have fun. I know I can go to anyone on my team for assistance and anyone in the wider SR Group

Since joining our New York office, what has been your most memorable moment?

Aside from my best quarter of billings in my recruitment career, my most memorable moment was when the whole NYC played a giant game of charades across brands.

In your opinion, how is Taylor Root different from other recruitment businesses?

It is a truly supportive culture. Everyone at The SR group genuinely wants you to succeed. Leaders are perceptive to your goals and how you want to make your own success while still providing support and guidance. Also, colleagues are excited to cheer each other on.

The Taylor Root New York team is growing, what advice do you have for anyone wanting to join the team?

Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want. If you and excited to work in friendly, collaborative team environment, are driven, and enjoy recruiting then this is probably the place for you, we would love to have you!
