The role will involve advising leading multinational and domestic clients on complex technology transactions, EU digital regulation compliance, privacy and emerging issues in AI regulation, and digital risk. You will also be assisting clients on regulatory investigations, data breaches, and the development and sourcing of innovative products or capabilities. Experience with GDPR, DORA, NIS 2, Digital Services Act, AI Act, EIDAS Regulation and EU consumer legislation is favoured but not a necessity.
