Senior Legal Counsel (12 Month FTC – Hybrid)
We’re working with an international business looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel on a 12 month FTC starting in October.
Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you’ll support a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters across the business. The role will also involve supporting corporate transactions, M&A activity and strategic projects as required.
Key requirements:
- Qualified solicitor, 5+ PQE
- Corporate and commercial background
- Private practice trained, with a minimum of 3 years‘ experience in a law firm
- Experience supporting corporate transactions and M&A matters
- Comfortable working across a broad range of legal matters
