The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to join its well-established and expanding real estate team at Managing Associate or Legal Director level. The role will involve handling complex, high-value property transactions for major corporate and institutional clients, as well as managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to strategic business development initiatives.
What They’re Looking For
- Significant experience in real estate law, ideally gained at a leading national or regional firm
- Ability to lead on complex transactions with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of investment, development, and asset management work
- Proven business development skills and a track record of strengthening client relationships
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and supervising junior team members
