The Role
The role sits within the Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration team, advising on major cross-border disputes and high-profile arbitration matters. You will work on challenging and sophisticated cases, managing procedural steps, drafting submissions, and liaising directly with clients and counsel. The position provides the opportunity to develop deep expertise and exposure to international matters from day one.
What They’re Looking For:
- Newly qualified Lawyer in England & Wales as of September 2026
- Seat experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration during training
- Experience training within a US, Magic/Silver Circle or Top UK international law firm
- Excellent academic background and strong drafting skills
- Ability to manage complex matters and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
