NQ Banking Solicitor

Our client, a top international firm in the Dublin market, is looking to expand their Banking and Finance team.

This role will include advising on fund finance facilities, supporting and advising on leveraged acquisition financing transactions, working on real estate investment and development financing matters, advising on enforcement strategies, standstill arrangements and restructurings.

The associate will join a team with extensive experience advising on a broad spectrum of lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions including real estate investment and development finance, fund finance, corporate debt, leveraged and acquisition finance, refinancings and restructurings.

The firm will consider candidates from NQ up to 3PQE, but must have a seat/experience in a finance related area
