I’m partnering with a market-leading global technology business seeking a Legal Counsel (2+ PQE) to join its Product & Technology legal team.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, product development, data, IP and artificial intelligence, partnering directly with product, engineering and commercial teams to help bring innovative solutions to market.

You’ll be advising on:

✅ Technology and commercial agreements

✅ AI, emerging technologies and product innovation

✅ Intellectual property and data privacy matters

✅ Product development and launch initiatives

✅ Third-party technology integrations

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

✔ A qualified solicitor with 2+ years‘ PQE

✔ Experienced in commercial contracts within a technology, digital, software, telecoms or SaaS environment

✔ Commercially minded and comfortable working closely with business stakeholders

✔ Interested in AI, product counselling and the evolving technology landscape
