What you’ll be doing:

As part of a high-performing in-house legal team, you will:

• Advise on a broad range of oil & gas, energy and infrastructure transactions.
• Support complex joint ventures and strategic partnerships involving major international energy companies and stakeholders.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial, engineering, construction and operational agreements.
• Partner closely with senior business leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks across major projects and investments.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects that are critical to business growth and long-term strategy.

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in these roles, you’ll typically bring:

• Qualification in a common law jurisdiction.
• Approximately 5-15 years‘ post-qualification experience.
• Experience gained within leading international law firms and/or multinational corporate environments.
• Strong expertise advising on complex oil & gas, energy or infrastructure transactions.
• A proven ability to navigate sophisticated commercial arrangements involving NOCs, IOCs, EPC contractors, service providers or government-related entities.
• Commercial awareness, strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to operate within fast-paced, high-profile environments.
