The Role
You will join the firm’s highly regarded Group Tax practice within its tax and reward group, focusing on complex advisory work for domestic and international clients. The team advises on sophisticated corporate and international tax matters, including cross-border structuring, group reorganisations, demergers, and governance planning. The role involves substantial client interaction, collaboration with colleagues across practice areas, and the chance to manage high-value, multi-jurisdictional projects within a Partner-led team offering both autonomy and support.
What They’re Looking For
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years‘ PQE
- Broad experience in corporate and international tax advisory work
- Proven technical expertise in complex tax structuring and transactional matters
- Ability to advise on multi-jurisdictional tax risk management and governance
- Strong client-handling, mentoring, and supervisory skills within a team environment
- A collaborative approach with the drive to contribute to knowledge development and practice growth
