Global Regulatory Affairs Manager

For our client, we are looking for a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager to support high-priority international projects across nutrition and health-related categories, helping drive innovation, growth, and portfolio transformation.
In this role, you will partner with global teams to develop regulatory strategies, assess opportunities and risks, influence key stakeholders, and contribute to industry advocacy initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of science, regulation, innovation, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory assessments and provide strategic guidance for global projects across multiple markets.
- Advise on product classification, composition, labelling, claims, and communications.
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements, translating developments into actionable business insights.
- Develop regulatory guidance, policies, and training materials.
- Represent the organization in selected industry associations and advocacy activities.
- Support regulatory systems, processes, and cross-functional projects.
- Deliver regulatory updates and engage with internal stakeholders worldwide.
- Contribute to risk management, issue resolution, and business continuity activities when required.
About You
- Master’s degree in Food Technology, Life Sciences, Food Law, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in international Regulatory Affairs, ideally within nutrition, food, or health-related sectors.
- Strong understanding of global food regulations, ingredients, product formulation, labeling, and claims.
- Ability to assess regulatory risks and opportunities and translate them into business recommendations.
- Pragmatic problem-solver with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and influencing across functions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
