Finance Analyst – Asia, International Law Firm
A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its regional team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on Accounts Payable data analysis and financial performance across Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, PRC, Japan), supporting better cost control and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive data analysis across Accounts Payable, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve cost efficiency and controls.
- Support regional financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis with clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across offices to enhance data accuracy, reporting consistency, and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years‘ experience in FP&A, finance operations, or AP with a strong analytical focus, ideally within a law firm or a professional services firm.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, visualisation); exposure to data tools, AI, or systems such as Elite 3E is advantageous.
- Strong language skills are essential: fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), including proficiency in written Chinese.
