The Role
This is an opportunity to work as a senior team member within one of the most respected family practices in the region. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload that includes high-net-worth financial remedy cases, private children matters, and, where relevant, international family law issues. You will have autonomy and client responsibility from day one, with the full support of a collaborative team and excellent professional development opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with 5+ years‘ PQE in family law
- Expertise in complex, high-value financial cases
- Experience in private children law, including safeguarding issues
- Strong negotiation and ADR skills; mediation or collaborative credentials advantageous
- Commercial awareness with the ability to gain the trust of UHNW clients
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
