A leading UK law firm is seeking an Employment Partner to establish and lead its offering in Leamington Spa. This opportunity is suited to an existing partner looking for a new platform or a senior employment lawyer ready to step up into partnership. Joining a growing office with strong national support, the role offers immediate access to quality work alongside the scope to shape and develop a regional practice.
You will play a key role in driving the growth of the employment team locally, working closely with senior leadership while managing a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. Clients span corporates, SMEs and public sector organisations, offering a varied and high-quality caseload from day one. Alongside fee earning, you will lead and mentor a team, foster cross-office collaboration and take an active role in business development to strengthen the firm’s presence in the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will be a technically strong employment lawyer with experience handling complex matters and a commercial, client-focused mindset. Whether already operating at partner level or ready to make that step up, you will bring ambition, leadership capability and a desire to build something.
