The Role
This is a 12-month fixed term contract within the firm’s highly regarded employment team. You will advise on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including day-to-day HR issues, disciplinary matters, redundancies, and senior-level terminations. You will also have the opportunity to work on transactional matters and provide strategic advice to a diverse client base.
What They’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years‘ PQE in employment law gained at a highly regarded international law firm
- Strong background in advisory employment work
- Experience in contentious matters including tribunals
- Exposure to corporate support and transaction-related employment issues desirable
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a supportive and dynamic team environment
