Corporate Paralegal I Top Tier MNC I SINGAPORE
We’re partnering with a top-tier MNC seeking Corporate Paralegals (2 Roles) to join its APAC Legal team in Singapore.
The role
· Working alongside highly regarded lawyers on a broad range of corporate matters: drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, coordinating signing workflows across contracting parties, and maintaining up-to-date legal databases
About you
· Diploma in Legal Studies or a relevant degree, with at least 4 years‘ experience in similar roles (paralegal, legal executive, contract manager) within a law firm or in-house legal department
· Strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in contract management tools, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and basic AI tools
· A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
