  • Corporate Real Estate: Supporting significant M&A activity involving real estate-heavy assets such as care homes, hospitality groups, and student accommodation operators.
  • Real Estate Finance: Advising lenders and borrowers on financing arrangements for acquisition and development, including bespoke secured lending structures.

Recent highlights include advising global investment firms on BTR acquisitions in prime UK locations, acting for private equity and pension-backed platforms on the development of senior living housing, supporting international investors on PBSA portfolio acquisitions, and guiding leading banks on hospitality and care-sector financing.
