Commercial Counsel

We’re working with an ambitious organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of commercial, procurement and contract matters.

The Opportunity

✅ Draft, negotiate and advise on complex, high-value commercial and procurement agreements, including customer contracts

✅ Support strategic projects, supplier relationships and contract management

✅ Provide guidance on health and safety, governance, assurance and compliance matters

✅Supporting future infrastructure and development projects.

✅ Hybrid working (3 days home / 2 days onsite) | Permanent opportunity

About You

✔ The ideal candidate would be a UK qualified lawyer with circa 4+ years‘ PQE

✔ Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience

✔ Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to risk

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, engineering, technology or other regulated sectors would be advantageous.
