A high-growth, investor-backed consumer business is seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer to lead its end-to-end supply chain during a period of rapid scale and increasing complexity.
This executive role will oversee planning, sourcing, product development, manufacturing, and logistics within a fully outsourced model, while partnering closely with cross-functional leadership to drive structure, alignment, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics
- Oversee product development through commercialization
- Improve operational rigor, planning accuracy, and cross-functional alignment
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team
Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of supply chain leadership within consumer products
- Experience across both large-scale and high-growth environments
- Strong end-to-end expertise across planning, procurement, and operations
- Strategic, collaborative leader with ability to scale functions
