The Role
You will join a specialist business crime team dealing with high-profile criminal and regulatory matters, often with a cross-border element. The work spans internal investigations, fraud, bribery and corruption cases, regulatory enforcement, and sanctions advice. You will also have significant client contact and the opportunity to develop advocacy skills in a supportive and highly collaborative environment.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-5 years‘ post-qualification experience at a respected firm within business crime or criminal/regulatory defence.
- Strong understanding of investigations and regulatory enforcement processes.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and ability to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
- A genuine interest in white-collar crime and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
