The Role
You will work on a broad range of private equity and M&A transactions, including high-profile buyouts, growth capital investments, joint ventures and secondary transactions. The role will provide significant client contact and the opportunity to operate across multiple jurisdictions alongside a highly collaborative global platform.
What They’re Looking For
- September 2026 NQ solicitor (England & Wales qualified)
- Solid corporate training with emphasis on private equity and/or M&A
- Strong academic track record and technical ability
- An interest in technology-driven transactions and cross-border deal work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment
