The Role
You will join a dynamic and growing arbitration and disputes team, working on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional cases often linked to sovereign states and energy-sector clients. In this role, you will manage key workstreams, draft submissions, and attend hearings on significant arbitration and litigation matters. Expect exposure to international commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes, and proceedings in support of arbitration in the English courts, under rules including ICC, LCIA, and LMAA.
What They’re Looking For
- Solicitor with 3-5 years‘ post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in commercial arbitration and public international law issues
- Excellent drafting and analytical ability, including handling disclosure
- Ability to manage matters autonomously and work to tight deadlines
- Engagement in business development initiatives and client relationship building
- Desirable: experience with investor-State disputes and sovereign or state-owned entity matters
