The Role

You will join a specialist finance team advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, investors and corporate clients on a broad range of international transactions, including:

✈️ Aviation Finance

Aircraft financings, leasing transactions and refinancing matters.

🚢 Maritime Finance

Ship financings, acquisition financings and restructuring mandates.

💼 Banking & Structured Finance

Syndicated loans, debt restructurings and complex financing arrangements.

📄 Derivatives & Commercial Finance Documentation

Exposure to industry-standard documentation and cross-border finance transactions.

Who Should Apply?

You are likely to be a strong fit if you:

• Are England & Wales qualified or French qualified
• Have up to 1 year PQE, or relevant finance experience gained during training contracts or internships
• Have exposure to banking, finance, asset finance or other transactional work
• Possess excellent written and spoken English
• Have a genuine interest in international finance and cross-border transactions
