‘IamRemarkable’ Workshop – Women in Law Constellation Network
When it comes to navigating your legal career, women often struggle with self-promotion and openly speaking about achievements which can be key to everything from performing well at interview to having the confidence to make a career switch.
#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the perception around self-promotion.
There is a high level of imposter syndrome and concern about celebrating achievements in the legal community and Kate Tyers, Legal Director at Ricardo plc wants to help change that. Kate’s aim is to deliver #IAmRemarkable workshops to help shift the dial and allow people to see for themselves how “remarkable” they really are.
